* Reinstate workflows to prior state

* Strip inline styling for index image

* Passthrough src/public/ files

* Use global data to encode build date encoded string

* Clean public directory before build

* Reinstall eslint, prettier

* Reinstate .gitattributes for public dir

* build.yml: escape config file for version numbering

* Revert public changes for PR validation

* Rename src/public/ to src/static/

* Include github-actions in dependabot updates

* re-establish typescript

* Update prevent-file-change-action to v1.5.1

* Re-add typescript to linting

* Re-add typescript for eslint

* Fix whitespace diff for tsconfig.json

* Fix whitespace in .eslintrc.json
